The Client agrees to pay all fees for dispatch services as outlined in the applicable agreement or invoice. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services at the discretion of Liberty Line Logistics LLC. All fees are due as agreed in writing or invoice, and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
